Warranty

  • Ghost Automotive provides the following warranty coverage...


    Wrap: 3-7 Year expected lifetime

    Gloss and satin wrap films:

    2 years for horizontal panels

    3 years for vertical panels

    Matte, chrome, and textured films: 

    1 year warranty


    Paint Protection Film: Up to 10 years expected lifetime

    Clear gloss ppf

    3 years

    Other finishes

    2 years


    Our warranty covers defects in materials and installation, including the replacement of failed materials and the reinstallation of new film. 


    It does not cover damage caused by:

    Negligence

    Accidents

    Stone chips & other road damage

    Improper washing

    Wear and tear

    Natural elements

    Scuffs & dings

    Fuel spills

    Other physical or chemical damage

    Misuse & failure to follow vehicle care instructions.


    This warranty does not cover:

    Pre-existing damage on the vehicle

    Lifting caused by multiple layers of film

    Badge/Emblem damage during removal

    Paint damage from removing existing film or double sided tape

    Parts installed with double-sided tape that may come loose or fall



    In the event of a warrantable failure, our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the defective wrap or graphics. Note that some colours may fade faster than others, and an exact match with new film cannot be guaranteed. Replacement material will hold the same warranty coverage as the original material, but the expiration date remains the same.


    All claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to approval by Ghost Automotive. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately to prevent further damage. To make a claim, you must present the original invoice.
